This game was made for the Pursuing Pixels James Game Jam #4

The core gameplay was programmed by me Alex, game, level design and UI connections by my friend at work Vicente, and all the pixel art, including UI elements, made by my wife Erika.

We are a group of friends that work in the same company, trying to do some game development on the side.

The game has some flaws but you will sure have some quick fun with it. Hope you enjoy it!

I was really on board with the idea, bouncing lasers is neat and fun! Few little things I found during playtesting, that would need some fixing, but after that this could be a neat little full game!

  • Screen scaling is not working correctly on firefox.
  • Enemies can knock each other offscreen.
  • Shooting timeout just feels like an unnecessary forced wait, that break the flow, and the high iteration rate these kind of games need.
  • Honestly on the third(?) map (horizontal glass, with two guys below and a bat on the right side in the air) feels non achievable for the far left guy.

That is all, cool concept!

Cool game!

Thanks! :)

Quick yet fun!

Thank you so much!
